I had a really great experience with Jewelry & Timepiece Mechanix, especially working with Bill. He took the time to really assess my watch, explain the issue, walk me through the different repair options, and just generally make sure I understood what was going on… never felt rushed or pressured at all.

What stood out most was that he genuinely seemed to care more about helping than just making a quick buck. You can tell he really knows his stuff too. He even did a little extra research while I was there and ended up fixing the watch on the spot.

Hard to find that kind of honest, customer first service anymore. Highly recommend.
