We went on a Saturday morning with no appointment. When we arrived they were very busy, but Bill took care of us no problem! In under 15 mins he replaced my watch battery and replaced my old watch band. This wasn’t the first time we have been there and it definitely won’t be the last! Also - cute dog in shop!!!

I had an incredible experience at this local shop! I bought my husband two Longines watches (a wedding gift and an anniversary gift), and both watch bands frayed, so he stopped wearing them. The replacement Longines bands were hundreds of dollars, so I thought I’d check out this local shop instead. I was beyond impressed and grateful for their help! Their replacement bands are gorgeous, genuine leather, and relatively inexpensive. They replaced both bands immediately after I picked them out, which I was not expecting — minutes later, I had watches that looked brand new. This will be my go-to watch and jewelry repair shop going forward, and I highly recommend checking them out!
