My fiance inherited an old Waltham pocket watch from his great great grandfather. We decided to get it cleaned up and serviced to use on our wedding day. We had no idea that we would need to allow more time for this service, but Bill was able to prioritize the work to accommodate our schedule. We were even lucky enough to find the perfect chain for it here! Bill was very patient and showed us how to wind and maintain the piece. He generously attached the chain with a hook to fit the watch.
