I have the highest praise for Bill, his team, and their craftsmanship! Bill created a custom ring for me last summer, and I have not taken it off since. He even sent it off to an artistic engraver, who created a personal design on one of the bands - which was a surprise for me. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and why.
